Due to continued growth, we are looking for a reliable, motivated Service Technician to join our friendly and professional team.

The Role

As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for servicing and maintaining washroom and hygiene products at customer premises, including:

* Air fresheners
* Sanitary disposal units
* Soap dispensers
* Nappy bins
* Vending machines
* Entrance mats

This is a customer-facing, field-based role, working Monday to Friday.
Start times vary daily, typically between 5am and 8am, with a 9-hour working day. No weekend work.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who:

* Holds a full, clean manual UK driving licence (minimum 3 years)
* Is reliable, punctual, and well-organised
* Takes pride in their work and delivers excellent customer service
* Is a safe, careful, and considerate driver
* Has good communication skills and a solid standard of English
* Is physically fit (some lifting required)
* Can plan routes efficiently and has space to park a short wheelbase Transit van
* Has good local area knowledge (preferred, but not essential)
* Works well independently but enjoys being part of a team

No previous hygiene industry experience is required — full training will be provided.

The desired person will already have some experience with Xero accounts and come from a similar position looking after SME accounts & administration tasks. Hours are from 9.30am to 2.30pm, 25 hours per week Mon-Fri. Hours are flexible if required.
