*New position available* We have one of our young disabled male clients looking for a personal assistant approx 30 hours over the week, to include mixture of mornings and evenings. All aspects of personal daily living and escorting to sporting activities will be required to be undertaken. Full details to follow. Our client is happy for the position to be split between two personal assistants. We should and do think about this when assisting ANY client. It’s so hard for a lot of people to ask for assistance in the first place and then they take that first step we should and do show compassion and empathy.

We are recruiting a person centred personal assistant/carer to work co-productively with/for physically disabled middle aged family man in Chapel-en-le-Frith. 20 - 25 hours per week including at least one weekend day. Initially until March 2022 (possibly longer). Wage exceeds National Minimum wage.

Should more hours be required then Safehands Homecare also has part time positions available to combine for suitable applicant.

Duties will include personal care and maintaining the home (cleaning and cooking).

Must be confident, reliable and trustworthy. Working in and around a home environment which includes large dogs and Chickens.

Driving license preferable but not essential.
