I just want to take a minute to thank every one of my lovely clients for keeping me busy for yet another year!!

Also without you my little business wouldn't of made it to 10 years this year so thank you for that to!!

Hi everyone, as the weeks are flying by thought I best get sorted and put my time off over Christmas up!!

My last working day will be the 19th of December and then I will be back working the week commencing the 12th of January, Im off a little longer this year because me and the other half have decided not to do presents for each other... But instead we're swanning off on a mini kid free break for his birthday ✈️

Thank you all so so much for my gifts , I've been truly spoilt off you all!! Appreciate you all ❤️
The only thing I've opened is a bottle of prosecco , it was very much needed 😂🥂 so I'm looking forward to opening them on Xmas day!!

Client notice.
Hi everyone, just a polite message to my clients... Going into the new year if you cancel your clean with less than 24 hr notice I will require 50% of the cost of your clean. Either by bank transfer or added onto your next clean. I have said this before but never stuck to it as i really wouldnt like doing it... but times are hard and needs must.. and with ending up over £100 down this week alone, the week before Christmas i do feel like I need to put this in place and stick to it, its not ideal any time of the year but certainly not this time of year.
I do understand things happen and can't be helped but I'm sure you can appreciate this is also my income, to pay my bills, feed my kids and keep a roof over their heads... and with things going up all the time I can't afford to be cancelled on last minute.
With fortnightly cleans I will always try to rearrange and get you in another day before your next clean.
