I am away for a couple weeks with work but I made sure I stocked the freezer full of fresh venison before I left! Including some new absolutely delicious gluten free honey roast venison sausages 🌭 I also have all of the below in the freezer, just send me a message to order and I can arrange collection or local delivery 🚚

A few different cuts this week, a lovely breast of venison rolled and tied and a massive 2.3kg whole shoulder b***d and rolled. Both fantastic for a slow roast or braising dish 🤤🦌 In the freezer ready to take away if anyone wants them for great prices!

I have a lovely little muntjac butchered up. Fresh in the chiller ready to take home for tomorrows Sunday roast and plenty of extras.

- 2 whole haunches bone in
- 2 whole loins
- 2 tiny tenderloins
- 2 kidneys
- Just over 500g mince

I will keep it fresh until the end of the weekend then it will go into the freezer 🧊

I have also been very busy (despite the silence on Facebook sorry) so I am now fully stocked up with everything you could want. Venison burgers, hot honey sausages, steaks, mince, diced, joints etc.

Well this weekend was a bit of a rush! After my last post I was inundated with orders so a massive thank you to everyone who has ordered! I also did a couple whole fallow loins which looked fantastic. I still have some more in the chiller to butcher so if you want any bespoke orders like large joints etc please let me know.

I always prefer to do a suspended gralloch if I can. Not only is it better for the hygiene process but I also just find it much easier. Where there's a will there's a way 😂

Lots of sausage rolls have been made as I know they were popular last weekend so pop down and grab them before they all sell out!
