Hereford based, experienced mobile Vehicle Valeting and Detailing service.

Common cosmetic car issues during these warmer months are bird droppings, and especially Gull droppings that are very corrosive due to their acidic nature. We also face issues from trees which leave sap and moss over the upward facing surfaces of vehicles. This can be particularly noticeable and problematic on soft top convertibles.

Then we look at the paint work and notice how it never looks quite as shiny as it used to.

It's 2025 and the work continues, starting with this Nissan Navara. With over 100,000 miles on the clock, this contained well-established dirt which resulted in a 2-day job, with a front seat removal to assist with effective cleaning.

The carpet cleaning was greatly improved using a compressed air-driven vortex nozzle as shown in the video. This process uses a rotating jet of air at up to 9 bar of pressure to 'shake and lift' most of the embedded sand and dirt to the surface where it is vacuum cleaned away. The advantage to using this method is it helps to reduce the 'pulling' on the carpet fibres associated with traditional brushing as well as helping to expedite the job. It also greatly reduces the level or residual dirt at the end of the valeting process.

'Fallout' (Iron or metal particles) embedded in the paintwork of this 11-year-old van: These can give a rough feel and undermine the appearance of vehicle exterior. They should not be confused with Tar or Bitumen spots that are a seperate issue, and is treated differently.

Common sources of Fallout include fine dust from the brakes, railway lines due to metal-to-metal contact from train wheels and tracks, and industrial areas.

Fallout chemically removed using a PH Neutral, Biodegradable product which will turn red to indicate the presence of Iron contaminants.

After this stage, the van was given the final stage of the wash process using a high-PH foam to clear down remaining organic dirt. Then it was removal of the Bitumen spots followed by a machine polish for a final gloss.

I've not posted much up for a while, mainly because it's busy and haven't stopped to take photos. With this one from earlier in the week I couldn't resist the opportunity, and with the owner's consent I'm sharing them. Some before, during and after photos right here.

A 2010 MG TF, probably one of the last of the traditional MG models before the marque sadly and rapidly morphed in to the SUV and Electric car brand that is today. At least this future classic is now looking great and ready for Summer... 🌞

Full valet, and a machine polish on the bodywork with the random orbital polisher. Firstly, the car exterior was thoroughly washed through a multi-stage process which included gentle removal of ferrous and bitumen from the body panels as well as the green moss embedded in the rag top. Then it was a 2-stage polish with a high gloss sealant applied at the finish for that deep wet look shine. The inside was thoroughly cleaned and the leather treated which has freshened it nicely. 👌👍

Bookings are now mid - late June onwards as I'm booked out until then.

Reduced upholstery drying time, yet a thorough clean at the same time. 🫧💦👌

Here, I'm using the carpet and seat washing machine on hot foaming mode. The built-in compressor on the machine aerates the cleaning solution, which is also then gently heated, to help life stubborn dirt from your vehicle interior. I can also potentially provide this service for house and office carpets, and in some cases, sofas and chairs.

Before and after photos of a dirty Ford Fiesta that's been valeted and machine polished by me, this week. This particular car is being auctioned by the customer, but nonetheless, got a thorough clean to maximise the sale price, and get it looking as nice as is possible.

Perhaps your car isn't quite as dirty as this, or perhaps it is, and either way needs the professional treatment ready for the glorious summer weather?

Yesterday's job - a slightly dirty Isuzu D-Max in for what you might call a maintenance valet - in other words, a working vehicle that gets a full clean down periodically.

Full 3-stage wash, some machine polishing and then let's look at the interior... I took the front seats out for this one to really make sure every bit of the upholstery was as clean as possible. The carpets and seats had a thorough clean and wash with the heated carpet wash extraction machine. All the interior trim was scrubbed clean and then appropriately dressed to bring it back to a more presentable finish. Wear and tear aside (scuffs, weathering etc), we have vehicle that feels and smells fresh again.

Sounds simple doesn't it? However I'll let the before, during and after photos do the rest of the talking. As always, custom quotations available on request. 👍🙏

Is your car ready for Summer? This one is now...

Audi A5 Cabriolet given an extensive valet today, including a thorough clean of the soft-top hood to remove green moss - a very common problem. The exterior paintwork has been fully washed, tar and embedded contamination removed, then machine polished to a glassy finish. Then on to the interior, trim and leather deep-cleaned and treated (fed) to restore lustre and moisture to the leather. Looking great for the open road with some before, during and after photos for reference. Personalised quotations available by arrangement! 🙏👌

This one will no doubt have the Land Rover lovers salivating. New generation Defender booked in for the full works today, and a solid day of work it was. 🙏🍺

Thoroughly washed, then a paint decontamination to remove tar, fallout and any tree sap. Next up a machine polish with the random orbital polisher to get that paint as good as possible. Following on from there it was a comprehensive clean of the interior. Before and after photos of the job, no labels needed I hope!

Strange looking car seats you say? Sofa cleaning for a regular customer which is a bit of a change from vehicle interiors and external detailing, and well worth it for the customer. 💯👌Dust mites and surface dirt can quickly build up on both cloth and leather. Have you considered a sofa and carpet clean?

I've been busy valeting this very dirty Nissan Navara. Just about every square centimeter if the interior was caked in years of grime, and the unforgiving carpets were woven with grass, pet hair and general dirt. The underside and outside were covered in kilograms of mud and there was moss growing in the grooves and trim. Allowing for interior trim scuffs and general wear and tear, after a lot of hard work it's looking respectable again and ready for sale.

Fallout, Brown rusty spots in the paint (don't mistake them for tar spots), whatever you want to call them... Anyway, they're unsightly and can ruined the overall appearance of your vehicle, particularly white or lighter colours. 💥

Main causes - parking near railway lines or industrial areas, heavy braking and/or sticky brakes.

There is a solution and I offer it as a premium extra which involves the use of detailing clay and/or chemical treatment to remove the rusty spots. This is usually then followed through with a machine polish to bring back a fantastically smooth finish. 💯👌

Take this Jaguar XF I did the other day, for example. The first few photos show the rusty spots embedded in the paintwork. Then, a series of photos show the area close-up after the work has been completed, including a full valet.
