WE ARE HIRING!

Three Counties Pools & Spas Ltd is seeking an experienced pool service engineer to join its service and maintenance team.
The position is a full-time role.
As a Hereford based company, we cover all of Herefordshire and surrounding counties.

The successful applicant will have electrical / mechanical experience and have the ability to work both as part of a team and under their own initiative.

Applicants must be self-motivated, with a knowledge of both commercial and domestic pool systems. Customer service skills are essential.

The role will require the candidate to attend customers' premises - both commercial and domestic.
Tasks would include carrying out plant preventive maintenance schedules, replacement of pumps & filters.
Pool openings, closures and valets.
Servicing of dosing systems.
Attending breakdowns, fault finding on all types of pool equipment. Training will be provided on specific manufacturers' equipment.
To work on new build pool projects.
Assist with hot tubs installations.

The candidate will ideally be ISPE qualified and must hold a clean driving licence.

Luckily Sunday evening had a quick check in on the hot tub and its display wasn’t like it should be and felt colder and wasn’t heating. Switched it off and back and it started heating. As a precaution I emailed Three Counties Pools & Spas late Sunday evening who emailed back first thing to see if there was any change. Upon checking it over this morning it was doing the same so emailed them back to let them know. I received a phone call to say their engineer was on a job then heading over to us straight after! Unbelievable service sure enough their usual top engineer was here and fixed in no time at all ready for our arrivals today!!
