Admin & Recruiter โ Cleaning Company (Hereford)
We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Admin & Recruiter to join our growing cleaning company based in Hereford. This role is available on a full-time or part-time basis, offering flexibility and a supportive working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Managing day-to-day administrative tasks
Posting job adverts and screening candidates
Conducting interviews and onboarding new staff
Coordinating staff schedules and maintaining records
Handling emails, calls, and general office communication
Supporting the operations team with staffing needs
Requirements:
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, job platforms)
Previous admin or recruitment experience preferred (not essential)
