Customer was told it was just a gutter issue…
But the reality? The blockage was underground in the downpipe/soakaway line ❌

👉 Simply sticking an elbow on the bottom of a downpipe does NOT fix the problem
👉 It just pushes water straight onto the ground
👉 Over time this causes:
