✨ Cleaning Service Terms & Conditions ✨
Hi everyone 😊To keep things clear and fair for all clients, please see my service terms below before booking:
🧼 What I Provide & supply- all cleaning products (sprays, cloths, disinfectants).
🧹 What You Need to Provide- Clients must provide a working:• Hoover/vacuum• Mop & bucket• Any specialist equipment
If these aren’t available or working, I may not be able to complete all tasks and no discounts will apply.
📅 Bookings & Payment• All bookings must be made in advance• Payment is due after the clean (unless agreed otherwise)• Prices may change if the property condition is different from described
💰 Deposits (First-Time & Deep Cleans Only)• A deposit is required for first-time or deep cleaning appointments• This is deducted from your total• Non-refundable if less than 24 hours’ notice is given• Can be moved if enough notice is provided
❌ Cancellations• Minimum 24 hours’ notice required• Late cancellations may be charged up to 50%
🔑 Access• Please ensure access at the agreed time• A call-out fee may apply if I can’t gain entry
🏠 Client Responsibilities• please ensure water & electricity are available• Equipment is safe to use• Valuables are put away• Pets are managed
⚠️ Health & Safety • I may refuse or stop a clean if the environment is unsafe.
😊 Satisfaction• any issues must be reported within 24 hours so I can resolve them.
🛡️ Liability• damage must be reported within 24 hours. Liability is limited to the service cost.
