This one is incredibly close to my heart 💙

As many of you know, I lost my dad in June last year to cancer. It’s something no family should have to go through, and it’s the reason I’ve decided to take on a challenge to raise money for cancer research.

I’ll be taking part in a 5K mud run 🏃‍♀️ — definitely pushing myself out of my comfort zone, but it feels like a meaningful way to do something positive in his memory.

I’m doing this for him, and to help support the fight against something that affects so many of us in one way or another.

Just a little reminder to all my lovely clients 😊

My hourly rate has now increased.

This change is due to the ongoing rise in costs such as fuel, cleaning products, laundry, and the behind-the-scenes admin that keeps everything running smoothly.

I always aim to be as transparent as possible, and after covering these expenses, my actual take-home is quite a bit lower than the hourly rate.

Hi everyone 😊

I just wanted to let you all know that from 7th April 2026 my hourly rate will be increasing

This isn’t a decision I’ve made lightly, but like many small businesses, the cost of running things has gone up quite a bit. Fuel prices, cleaning products, and general expenses have all increased over time.

To be fully transparent, here’s a rough breakdown of what comes out of that hourly rate:

🧽 Cleaning products & materials – sprays, cloths, disinfectants, replacements
🚗 Fuel & travel costs – getting to and from each job
🧺 Laundry – washing and replacing cloths, mop heads, etc.
📋 Admin time – booking, messaging, scheduling, and accounts

Once these costs are taken into account, what I actually take home per hour is quite a bit less than the headline rate.

I’m committed to continuing to provide a reliable, high-quality service that you can trust, and this small increase helps me to keep things running sustainably.
