Deep Clean / Holiday Let Cleaning
Pricing
This service is charged at a slightly higher hourly rate than a basic clean.
Pricing will be finalized after a face-to-face consultation in the home.
A minimum charge applies.
WHAT’S INCLUDED
This clean includes everything in the Basic Clean, plus deeper attention to detail and extra tasks often needed for thorough seasonal refreshes, guest turnover, or moving in/out situations.
ADDITIONAL TASKS MAY INCLUDE:
Inside fridge and freezer cleaned (if empty)
Inside cupboards and drawers cleaned (if emptied in advance)
All doors and door frames wiped down
Skirting boards cleaned
Walls spot-cleaned (light marks)
Light switches and power points wiped
Extra time spent on grout, tiles, and other high-detail areas
Detailed bathroom and kitchen sanitization
Furniture vacuumed (if fabric) and wiped
Behind and under furniture cleaned (where accessible)
Cobweb removal (where reachable)

HOLIDAY LET-SPECIFIC EXTRAS
Beds stripped and made with fresh linen (laundry available – see below)
Towels and linen washed, dried, folded and/or replaced (if facilities are on site and time allows)
Rubbish removed and bins relined
Check for forgotten items or damage
Restocking of basic supplies (toiletries, coffee/tea, etc.—if provided)
Airing out the space and light staging if needed
Welcome touches (if requested)

IMPORTANT NOTES
All laundry services depend on time, volume, and available facilities—please discuss during the consultation.
I bring all cleaning supplies unless you'd prefer I use your equipment and it’s adequate.
Please ensure areas to be cleaned are accessible and clutter-free for the most efficient clean.
I do not remove large rubbish, clean high external windows, or perform heavy lifting.
