A small insulation clearance job today. Multiple rodent carcasses and droppings within this small extension attic space. All insulation was removed and full disinfecting of the area. PPE is essential for this sort of job. Haydn got stuck into the work as I supervised due to size of the space to work in 😂🐀

Rat tapeworm
Salmonellosis

Today’s job, young rat above a kitchen. Customer sick of hearing rodents within their home so gave me a call to come sort the job. Treatment in place and being carried out !

🐀 Another long-term rat problem sorted! 🐀

This customer had been battling rats for a while, so we carried out a full inspection and traced the issue back to the drains. Rats were using them as a motorway straight into the property 🫣

✅ Fitted a rat gate (one-way valve) in the drains – rats can leave, but they can’t get back in
✅ Full loft clearance – all contaminated insulation removed
✅ Area thoroughly disinfected
✅ Brand-new loft insulation installed, clean and safe again
