If you miss your slot, or don’t answer the door/messages, This is YOUR issue. I hate to be negative but I have had a regular customer that has just completely ignored me when her clean is due.
She has ignored my message regarding time of arrival, she has ignored my message checking in to see if she’s ok. (She has read my messages) She’s also ignored my message saying I have been to her house and that she is still required to pay for the clean as she hasn’t messaged to cancel.
In that time slot I could have scheduled another clean. I could have done a lot of other things instead of wasting my time on people who have no decency to just send a message to cancel, I just have to accept the fact that I am now down money to due someone else’s incompetence.
Rant over.
On I lighter note, we have had a very busy week and are absolutely blessed with all of the other wonderful customers that we have! 🧼🥰
