Client message me & ask for a quote on he’s living room, dining room & upholstery’s also he’s local so arrange a visit & pop’d in did a few test on the upholstery’s & measured the carpets.

Hearing & learning from the client their property has a sentimental value & precious memories.

Also client told me that he hired a different company to clean them but he refused them on the day that’s as far as I go with this.
