❌ E02 error code ❌

E02 error code is a water flow detection error.
Here’s a few things you can do at home to try and get rid of the fault:

1. Clogged or dirty filter
2. Blocked inlet debris filter
3. Blocked outlet debris filter
4. Descale your heater
5. Crushed/ kinked pipes
6. Blocked pipes
7. Water level below inlet filter in tub

If you still have the E02 error code then this is normally when we come in to repair the heater for the following faults:

🔘 Broken flow sensor
🔘 Broken or damaged pump impeller
🔘 Blocked heater matrix
🔘 Scaled up heater matrix
🔘 Control circuit board

This Hydro Jet Pump came into us with a leak, on inspection we found the pipe under the flow sensor had cracked. It’s now been replaced and its ready to go back home.

We’re having a lot of heaters come in with clogged up/limescale build up in the heater matrix.
Yesterday we had a heater come that was only 12months old with an E02 error code.
On inspection we found the heater matrix was clogged up stopping the water flow.
Regularly descaling your heater will help maintain build up.

This heater came to us tripping off after a few seconds. On inspection we found the heater matrix was clogged up with limescale and one heater element had burnt out. We’ve replaced the heater matrix and it’s ready to go back home no longer tripping off and getting upto temperature ✅🙌🏼🫧

If you live in a hard water area it is recommended you descale your heater twice a year to prevent limescale build up.

Lay-Z-Spa Air Jet heater came in today with a leak and it wasn’t getting upto temperature. We’ve fitted a new seal and sensor ready for summer ☀️♨️✅
