From today Tuesday 12th August our minimum charge whether it be a flat, house or anything will be now from £15 this is due to our forever risings costs as a business and also to keep up with the forever growing prices in this world that we live in. May we also add that we kept our prices the same throughout all of covid and the cost of living crisis which impacted us as business to help out all of you guys through hard times. And that's a wrap!! We are now in full holiday mode, there will be no replies until we are back in the UK the week commencing 19th may. Myself and Dave are taking a well deserved break. Anyone who didn't get cleaned before we had gone away will be full priority once we are back. But for now we're going to enjoy a few cocktails and a lovely relaxing beach getaway. Announcement!!

As of the 6th of January 2025 we will promptly be making the conversion over to the waterfed pole method. This is due to many reasons that have made it hard for us to continue with being traditional. We have invested a lot of money into this new system to make sure that you will still be getting a top notch service from us. your windows will be cleaned to the exact same standard that we provided with the previous methods so please don’t worry. As a company with such a brilliant reputation this is a massive risk to us, as its our reputation on the line. Having said this we will be offering a 24 hour call back to rectify any issues that you may have after your clean with us.

As most of you are aware this isn’t something that we’ve wanted to do, but unfortunately with forever rising costs to us as a business and frequent late payments we’ve been left with no choice but to seek a more profitable way of running our business. Due to the festive period coming up and the usual winter weather conditions, we will not accepting any new clients or one off cleans until the new year. Also anyone who hasn't yet signed up to go cardless unless we are aware a reason you can't then you have until January to sign up or you will no longer be on our round, cards have been going through your door upon cleans for over 6 months with the QR to sign up.
