To remove cigarette or dog odours the source of the odour must be removed. In this case it meant removing the seats from this BMW i3 for cleaning inaccessible areas. 15 hours went into this vehicle to leave it beautifully clean and neutral smelling ready for a new owner.

It's leak season! This MK7 Golf came from Cirencester with a spare wheel well full of water and a rusting rear seat base. The rear bumper was removed to access the vents. These were cleaned and sealed. The boot badge drain hose was replaced as the grommet had perished meaning the tube no longer drained water onto the rear bumper, but into the tailgate and the the boot.
