Audi Q4 in for our Single Stage polish.
The customer bought the car and later noticed some horrific holograms, sanding marks and buffer trails across the whole car.
It wasnt until we had fully cleaned and decontaminated the paint that we could see the reason why the dealership had gone so crazy on the paintwork.
The whole car is covered in defects that seem to be under the clear coat. No amount of polishing or even the sanding that was done would remove it. We spoke to the customer and explained what we had found and we wouldn't be able to remove it. Customer said he wanted to go ahead as he wanted the other defects removing that we could polish out as they were more unsightly.
On we went with polishing using a combo of a medium cut pad with Angelwax heavy cut and a dab of light cut to remove the defects and get it as glossy as we could on a single stage.
