☀️ HEATWAVE NOTICE TO ALL CLIENTS ☀️
With temperatures forecast to reach around 30°C this week, I just wanted to make all clients aware that my staff will be working in extremely challenging conditions whilst still doing their very best to maintain the high standards of service we pride ourselves on.
Cleaning is already a very physical job without extreme heat, so we kindly ask that, where possible, properties are kept as cool and ventilated as possible ahead of our arrival. Although it may sound obvious, we have unfortunately attended properties in the past where heating has been left on, so we politely ask that all heating systems are switched off before your scheduled clean.
For the wellbeing and safety of my team, all staff have been advised to take additional water breaks where needed throughout the day. As a result, you may notice that cleans take slightly longer than usual or that staff may work at a slightly slower pace during peak temperatures. Please be assured this is simply to ensure everyone can continue working safely whilst still providing the best possible service.
