SEEKING - HOUSEKEEPERS/CLEANERS/HELPERS
I run a small cleaning business and we look after several holiday properties from small, quaint beamy cottages to large luxurious houses in the following areas:
Laxfield, Ubbeston, Cratfield, Halesworth, Westleton, Wenhaston, Dunwich, Eastbridge, Thorpeness, Aldeburgh, Friston and one large 5* sea front town house in Southwold.
We are currently looking for housekeepers to help us look after our lets - the season ahead is going to be incredibly busy as overseas holidays are still difficult. All our lets are pretty much fully booked between now and the end of October and if all goes well, we expect full occupancy for the rest of the year.
Ideally, you would take on a holiday let in your preferred area and prepare it for its new guests after each departure. A changeover can take anything between 4 and 6 hrs depending on the size of your property - for large holiday lets we would team you up (social distancing is to be adhered to) or even better, you could find someone to work with you - someone you know and are happy to work with. If you prefer to work with someone at all times, we can you a partner to work with.
Most changeovers happen on Fridays, occasionally on Saturdays or Mondays. Guests check out by 9 or 10am and check in from 4 or 5pm.
If you can commit to Fridays only, that is absolutely fine, and we will get any additional days covered by other members of our team. We also appreciate that you might be going on holiday at some point.
Should you wish to take on the laundry for the property to generate some extra income, that is also an option.
Housekeeping Rates - PAYE £9 per hour £10 if extra able
Self-employed negotiable
Cleaning products and PPE provided.
