Dear old and new customers,
Generally speaking the majority of you are brilliant payers.
However over these last 2 months we currently have nearly over £400 outstanding invoices.
Please understand that I run my business single handed and I also have a family to look after financially.
Communication is key 1-2 days late payment is acceptable however ignoring our automated chasing system isn’t acceptable.
Beyond paying our bills etc paid invoices is my diesel and cleaning chemicals to provide the next clean for the next customer.
I really do hate to sound like a grump on a Saturday morning but this is very frustrating for us.
Thankfully 😅 95% of you paid on time and for that we are truly grateful ☺️
