If you have rendered walls that look dirty they nearly always just need a cost effective softwash treatment to make them look as new.
We looked at a house today where the elderly owner has been quoted £6500.00 to repaint the exterior rendered walls as they looked stained and marked in patches.
In fact 80 % of the painted wall areas are perfect with areas of biofilm staining on the remainder.
