I've just had an email from a young man in Cleethorpes looking for employment.
Unfortunately I am not in a position to offer anybody a real opportunity of employment.
I just want to say it was very refreshing to see a young man doing the right thing and putting himself out there.
I see Too many young men blaming something else for their own lack of ambition. I did send the young man a reply I also recommended another local window cleaning company run by my friend who is a larger company often looking for employees.
I'm sure this man will go far.🙌

But I really do have the best customers !!

Yes I am equally as picky as who I accept, on to my rounds.(Comes with time and experience)
Some say yes to every body, but not me.
I like to think I run my business on a human level not just business/corporate etc- numbers game.

But in the grand scheme of things it pays off! not just financially but mentally .
I thank you all for being no nonsense and as genuine as they come .
