A hospitality-led workplace is shaped by every space people encounter.

At 245 Park Avenue, Fogarty Finger carried that thinking into the locker room restrooms, where the sinks occupy a prominent architectural position within an interior of warm oak, deep green tile and bronze detailing.

Working with the design team from the early stages, we provided technical review, specification development and drawing coordination to help integrate accessibility, installation and maintenance requirements within the architectural vision.

Glacier White Monolith D Series sinks create a crisp, continuous line beneath the mirrors. Bronze Radius Sensor Faucets and Channel Soap Dispensers connect the handwashing area with the materials and lighting used throughout the wider amenity space.

The result shows what happens when the restroom receives the same consideration as the places designed for wellness, dining and relaxation.
