Since my last reel has gained a lot of attention I think now is the perfect time to address the maintenance plan which I can quite honestly say has become a bit of a joke to some people. I’m not the type of business owner that wants to rant and complain on here but I think it’s safe to say after 3 (newly added) maintenance customers have failed to stick to their end of the deal after verbally agreeing to monthly maintenance plan I have been given no choice but to now introduce a digital and or paper copy of the terms and conditions for maintenance. I would like to reiterate that I am not a boring stick in the mud type of person but it seems I put to much trust into the public sometimes and I will admit I am one to almost friend my customers because that’s how I liked to do business, following on from this I do hope I have everyone’s full support on what has been a tough decision to make but it is then me that gets left thinking have I upset you or have I done something wrong, am I not being friendly or doing the job and describing the job well enough. To everyone that has been loyal and understanding to me to this day customers and friends you honestly don’t understand how much it does mean to me as I am trying to build brand/business as a fun and professional insight into how to perform safe and effective car care and also helping all of you achieve that right from your driveways.
