Terms and Conditions
1. Payment Terms.
Payment is due on the day of your clean. unless other terms are agreed upon in advance.
If payment is overdue by more than 7 days, Pure Clear Window Cleaning reserves the right to suspend services. Should the amount remain unpaid for 30 days, we will refer your unpaid payment to a debt collection agency and you will be liable for all associated costs.
2. Weather Conditions.
We operate in light rain or showers, as this weather does not impact our cleaning quality or results. However, in cases of heavy rain, high winds or ice, we may postpone your cleaning for safety reasons. In such cases we will reschedule at our earliest available date.
3. Service Rounds.
Our services are available on 4 or 8 weekly cycle across the Ellesmere Port, Chester and surrounding areas. We strive to maintain this frequency throughout the year. However, please note that cleaning dates may vary slightly from previous schedules.
4. Cleaning Frequency.
We offer a year-round service, meaning your windows will be cleaned regardless of season. If you require a one-off clean, please specify this when requesting a quote, as one-off cleans are priced differently from regular services.
A “First Clean Charge” may apply for initial cleans to cover additional time and extra purified water needed to achieve our high standards.
Customers are expected to adhere to the chosen cleaning frequency (4 or 8 weekly) or as close as possible.
While exact future cleaning dates cannot be guaranteed due to public holidays, severe weather, and variable work locations, we can provide a rough guide for the commencement week.
Cleaning hours are between 9am and 5pm. If alternative times are required, please notify us with a reasonable request, and we will do our best to accommodate.
5. Access.
We will send a reminder text the day before your scheduled clean. Please ensure access to the property; if access is restricted, we will clean accessible areas and charge accordingly. Re-cleans for inaccessible areas may not be possible.
If necessary, we may unlock gates to access certain areas and will re-secure them upon leaving. All cleanable and safely accessible windows will be attended to.
6. Cancellations.
You may cancel services at any time. We request 7 days notice before your next scheduled clean. Same day cancellations are subject to a 100% service charge. Please cancel via phone or email.
7. 24-Hour Satisfaction Guarantee.
If you are unsatisfied with your cleaning, we offer a 24-hour guarantee for a free re-clean. Contact us within 24 hours to report any issues. Before we revisit, please ensure the internal windows are clean to avoid interference with our services.
For first-time cleans, note that spotting may occur due to prior cleaning methods or window vent leakage; ongoing cleans should deliver spotless results.
8. Insurance.
Pure Clear Window Cleaning holds Public and Employers Liability Insurance. Proof is available upon request.
9. Complaints.
We strive to maintain high service standards, but should you have any concerns, please contact us promptly to discuss the issue. We will work to resolve it as soon as possible.
