I have had a massive passion for vehicle detailing for as long as I can remember. After working for various reputable detailing studios I decided it was time to set up my own company offering an all round service for everyone and to suit all budgets. I work alone spending many long days and nights to give your pride & joy the best possible finish and protection it could ever receive, even from the

manufacturer. I have been doing this for well over 7 years. I've worked on the most average day to day vehicles through to highend exotic supercars. This is a real passion for me, all vehicles are treated with the utmost care and respect while in my possession. The benefits from having your vehicle detailed is something to be seen and admired. Few people realise the damage caused by poor washing, some may not even realise there is a fault. Swirl marks are the most common paintwork defect, caused by using the wrong technique and products. Grit is the enemy of all vehicles, pushed around the paintwork causing the light swirling scratches in the clear coating. The £5 car wash isn't beneficial for any vehicle, non ph neutral substances are used, tarnishing the finishes and in some cases causing damage to paintwork. All paintwork defects can be removed within reason to restore paint levels, along with enhancing and protecting the finish better than ever.

Ford Sierra 3dr RS Cosworth. ⚪️

Where do you begin with this 3dr? I’ll keep it brief!

307bhp & 298ftlb Peak

The car came in lacking its true potential with health and performance of the engine a key issue that needed major reworking.

A failing 205 block derived from a 2.0 pinto stamped block was switched to a correct Cosworth selected stamped 205 block, With a top to bottom rebuild replacing all key components. Reworking of the cylinder head due to some corrosion issues around the water ways of the cylinder head was also being repaired, valve stem oil seals had failed along with guides pretty normal stuff, with a head gasket also in some dire need of replacing it would just make sense at that stage to a full build.

Bleed valve and standard injectors were issues also found which is a recipe for disaster. Switched out to light greens for better fuel flow and spray pattern to cool that area down to get the right amount of flow in. With a boost solenoid to get the L6 ECU to control things in terms of boost!

Full engine loom replacement with a motorsport derived Raychem wiring loom, the previous loom was found to have terrible repairs and wasn’t worth the risk after all this work. It’s a vital area for replacements as a general rule of thumb now.

Fuel pump voltage was as low as 7.6V’s a full rewire of the fuel pump wiring along with rebuilding the fuel pump cradle, replacing the pump & filter with AN6 fuel lines to engine bay and replacement lines to the rear. A strong 13.6V’s has been noted at the fuel pump.

No clutch/gear engagement with the current clutch and cable setup, replacement helix organic clutch with hydraulic slave conversion installed, with various heat insulation and fixings to make the install functional and correct.

Brakes were found to be binding front & rear, rebuild calipers, replacement discs and pads, with new braided lines were also done.

Bilstein suspension replacement shock absorbers and top bearings with a full rework of all items powdercoated back to its original state, within the engine bay. Along with replacement correct fittings and fixings, To give the overall car an original but OEM+ feel/look.

Far more to list on repairs and upgrades but that’s as brief as I think I can keep it for now!

Ford Es**rt RS Cosworth in Mallard Green. 🦆

This Escos came in after a recent purchase from a customer, to give the car a general look over since the purchase. Not confirmed but there was rumours of high temperatures and a suspected failed head gasket but not confirmed.

So sure enough diagnosing and visual inspections had taken place throughout a day to give a clear indication the overall health check of the Cossie to the customer which comprised a fair few repairs were needed but not major to a few localised areas, Driveshafts needing replacement due to tears in the CV boots being left for too long, incorrect TCA’s installed, fuel tank straps not fastened correctly, gear lever mechanism needing repair, and just some minor adjustments to bodywork & exhaust.

Also sourced an original throttle body boost hose and a standard Bosch recirculating valve due to a aftermarket alternative which was an unknown. To keep within its standard features. New tyres sourced to replace the original P zero’s from 93’ which was fitted as a novelty previously.

But ultimately the head gasket had failed along with stem seals and valve guides needing replacement, so a decision was made to have a full cylinder head rebuild, with welding needing to some of the water gallery pockets due to corrosion, the turbo also has received a rebuild with 360 degree thrust bearing. Now as this is a very standard/original T35 Escos it was only right to upgrade where possible aswell as visually install correct fixtures and fittings giving it a clear and obvious light refresh on the top end including the cam cover as part of the rebuild and all ancillary items cleaned and freshened up.

A light recommission complete, ready for the summer ahead to be enjoyed! 🚗🔧

These have been correctly refurbished cut, powdercoated including centre caps and the Ford logos re machined back into the centre of the caps.

A stunning set of wheels ready to finalise 1 of 3, 3dr’s currently in build. 🚗🔧💎

Great progress currently underway on this Es**rt RS Cosworth. 🔵

Stripped to where I need it to be readying for the next processes, with some very nice tasty upgrades also pending.

It was definitely very well used & enjoyed in its previous life and stood for a number of years. The next step is to strip back the floor for some ice blasting treatments to see what may or may not need attention and to get a better visual of the overall condition without being aggressive at this stage. 🚗🔧

Currently taking on the next batch of 6’ Degree rear beams if you have a set you’d like done, or you’d like one done on an exchange basis let me know.

These retain the original spring cups in the trailing arm to allow either option of standard spring location or coilover application.

2wd & 4x4 both applications applicable.

Finished in powder coated satin black or a colour of your choice.

If you’re requiring a supplied beam & arms, I will need your beam & arms in exchange.

Focus RS Mk2 JZDA engine check over after being sourced.

Always vital on any second hand engine to check them over, especially these 5 pots. Unfortunately we seem to have a slight issue on cylinder 1 leaking through the inlet valves. Physical observations in to the cylinders look fairly good, cylinder 1 has also revealed some traces of oil.

So head off to inspect further before putting this engine into operation. 🔧

This is 1 of 2 Mk2 FRS engines currently in the workshop receiving treatments.
