That's our diary closed for this year.
We would like to Thank you all for the support we have received this year especially the past few months. We can't thank you all enough for the patience and understanding as we had to reschedule and rearrange you all. It has been a very sad and difficult few months.

We would like to wish you all a Merry Christmas and a very Happy New Year.
Here's to 2025 🥳

Hi

Just a short notice to say

Due to unforeseen circumstances this year we have not been able to get round everyone as fast as we would like, It's been one of our challenging years and are doing our best to get everyone's chimneys swept.

We do go above and beyond to help, but are also experiences some rudeness on the phone and it will not be tolerated. If i could split Charlie in half believe me i would. I would appreciated if i get in contact with you with an appointment please reply to me as i can not hold onto appointment dates and times.

To be honest it's been very deflating not being able to get everyone booked in and i do appreciate all the kindness when i do get in contact with you, but also deflating to be getting spoken to the way i am.

I am also part time.

Thank you for all the understanding and patience means a lot. Our books are now full for this year.

Customer Notice

As from 1st August 2023 we will be back to One Chimney Sweep, David is leaving to start a new adventure and we wish him all the best. We would like to Thank him for the last 3 years with us. All the Best David, have the best time.

Please be patient with us till we get things back up and running, few things will be needing moved about.
