Terms and Conditions for The Steel Yard Company Facebook Competition
1. Introduction
1.1. The promoter of this competition is The Steel Yard Company.
1.2. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Meta Platforms, Inc.
1.3. By entering this competition, participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and Facebook's terms of use and community guidelines.
2. Eligibility
2.1. The competition is open to residents of The United Kingdom who are 16 years or older at the time of entry.
2.2. Employees of The Steel Yard Company/Grantham Fabrication & profile services, their immediate family members (within household of employees or associates), and anyone otherwise connected with the
organization are not eligible to participate.
3. Entry Requirements
3.1. To enter the competition, participants must:
• Like the competition post on The Steel Yard Company’s page.
• Comment on the competition post stating ‘which prize they would like to win’.
3.2. Multiple entries per person are allowed, but each entry must be a separate comment. Entries must not contain any offensive or inappropriate content.
3.3. The competition will begin on 5/08/2024 and end on 22/08/2024 (the "Entry Period"). Entries received outside this timeframe will not be considered.
4. Prizes
4.1. The prizes available to win are:

4.2. Winners will be selected randomly and announced on [Date of Winner
Announcement] via a Live Video on The Steel Yard Company’s page.
4.3. The winners will be notified via direct message on Facebook. Winners must
respond within 7 days to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond within this time frame, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected.
4.4. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation.
5. Winner Selection
5.1. Winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
5.2. The Promoter’s decision regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

9.2. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
