It’s official - we will be returning to a one day format for the 147th Driffield Show on Wednesday, 19th July, 2023. The two day format was introduced as part of our covid response in 2021 & 2022 and after careful consideration following this year’s Show, the overriding feeling was very much to return to a one day event.
We are eager to start planning for next year’s Show and to regain our title as the biggest and best one day agricultural show in the country!’ The Driffield Agricultural Society will be celebrating its 147th Show next year and will once again combine its winning formula of celebrating the area's agricultural heritage whilst also taking the time to embrace new developments. Visitors can be reassured that there will still be a vast range of activities, displays, educational content and demonstrations available, designed to suit everyone regardless of age or interests.
We are proud that the Driffield Show is the Show that has ‘something for everyone’. There will be plenty of opportunities for those enjoying a spot of retail therapy, with the aim to have the usual 450 tradestands to choose from, ranging from tractors and farm equipment, lifestyle and fashion, to crafts and local produce, . As well as retail opportunities the Show will also contain the same calibre of entertainment, livestock and equine classes that people expect of the Driffield Show.
