Hi everyone 😊

There have been so many clients not leaving payments out recently.

Please ensure payment is left on the day of your clean.

The girls are paid weekly, and as a small business, I rely on payments arriving on time to cover their wages. Unfortunately, I’m unable to keep covering these costs when client payments are outstanding.

If you have any overdue payments, please bring these up to date and ensure future cleans are paid for on the day.

A Little Help – Arrival Times

To help our team stay on schedule throughout the day, we kindly ask all clients to allow a 15-minute arrival window either side of their scheduled cleaning time.

This means your cleaner may arrive up to 15 minutes earlier or 15 minutes later than your usual time. This can happen for a variety of reasons, including:

* Roadworks or traffic delays
* A previous clean taking a little longer than expected
* Less travel time than anticipated between appointments, allowing your cleaner to arrive early

Please note that if a cleaner arrives early, they will not wait outside until the exact scheduled time. If they arrive within the 15-minute arrival window, they will knock and begin the clean as normal.

We appreciate your understanding and flexibility. Allowing this small window helps us provide a reliable service to all of our clients throughout the day.
