Another bit of news!

Due to an extremely busy workload we have had to buy 4 additional vans for the fleet....

The newest van is our tipper; all freshly signed up with the C&S graphics. That gives a total of 6 vans out and about daily servicing our Customers.

A massive thank you to Vaughan Severn Signs for another fantastic job with the livery.

The Docks team have done it yet again; our team Supervisor David was called to a medical incident where 2 x people were reported to be unconscious. Upon arrival one of the casualties was having convulsions and the second person had just regained consciousness.

David was also joined by the Quays Security who assisted massively with the preservation of life until the ambulance arrived.

A truly fantastic joint team operation, thankfully resulting in the casually receiving the correct hospital treatment.

From both Sharon & myself, we want to thank David for his quick response and level headed thinking whilst under pressure.

Have a well deserved drink on us David!

Fantastic result Michael. All of our team deal with a lot of mental health issues at the docks and we are super proud of all of them. You all are a credit to us and we are super proud of the work you all do

An ordinary day at the office turned extraordinary when one of our Officers noticed a female who seemed to be extremely vulnerable sat by the waters edge whilst on patrol.

Sometimes just offering an ear to listen, and giving time out of one's life to talk to an individual, makes all the difference to that person and stops them from taking that final fatal step.

We are so proud of Michael for his actions and for the caring way he dealt with this situation, as thanks to him the female lives on to hopefully get the correct medical help she needs to carry on with the tragic circumstances in her life.

Being able not only to spot a vulnerable person, but also to give that caring, professional support takes a very special person - and both Sharon & myself are extremely grateful and proud that we have a team that can spot and give that crucial bit of support until the emergency services turn up.

Just want to say what a fantastic job the team did yesterday at Gloucester Docks.

Thousands of visitors came down to see the beautiful vintage cars which were part of the Retro Festival, and this morning it looks like just another day.

The docks look amazing, and you would never know that there was such a busy event yesterday; a massive thank you to the cleaning team for working so hard yesterday to keep the site in its usual impeccable spotless state.
