What started as tired-looking fascia and soffits turned out to be a much bigger issue. The original timber had rotted, leaving the guttering unsupported and beginning to pull away from the property.
Our team removed the old roofline and installed:

On this project, we carried out full roof replacements on two neighbouring properties, working with two separate homeowners who chose Neate Roofing to transform and protect their homes.

By scheduling both projects together, we were also able to offer each homeowner a joint project discount, helping them save money while benefiting from the efficiency of completing both roofs at the same time.

Both roofs were stripped back before being rebuilt with:

Another full roof replacement completed by the Neate Roofing team.

This project involved removing the existing plain tile roof before installing a brand-new Double Roman tiled roof, providing the property with a durable, weatherproof finish and a smart new look.

A key part of this project was the safe removal of spray foam insulation from the underside of the roof. The homeowner had been struggling to sell the property, as many mortgage lenders are reluctant to lend on homes with spray foam insulation due to concerns surrounding roof inspections and the condition of the underlying timbers.

With the spray foam removed and a completely new roofing system installed, the property now has a roof that can be properly inspected, helping to restore buyer confidence and support the homeowner in moving forward with the sale.

Every stage of the project was carried out by our own in-house team, allowing us to maintain complete control over the quality of workmanship from the first tile removed to the final ridge tile fitted.
