I've had another call today from someone who's had a carpet clean gone bad, that is number 4 in the last couple of weeks.
This particular person has had his carpets over wet,and are now not smelling bad, try and look for a NCCA registered cleaner, they will be trained and insured.
There are a lot of cleaners on Google with amazing reviews, that can't be local, I've certainly never heard of them, this particular customer used a company with the best reviews 1600 5 star reviews, I've looked at two or three and it looks like it's the same generic advert. Please be careful, there are a lot of very good professionals in Gloucestershire.
