I wonder why they had rats in there house plumber moved waste pipe annd and left it like this no common sense. I have sealed the hole with rodent wire nothing is getting past this and we used tracking dust to prove it coming out in the kitchen

Stop rats getting in as there eaten the cables which has been repaired and sprayed with rodent spray
