Bishopton roof & roughcast renewal completed photos 🏡

❕Full roof replacement using Fp McCann modern grey roof tile.
❕New lead around chimney.
❕Pvc bargeboard added to gable wall.
❕White render and dolomite chip used for roughcasting.

On the front panal we removed the fishtail plain tiles, fitted 80mm insulation board which meant we could roughcast the top half of the building to match the rest 🙌🏽.

Our third big renewal job on the same street, always nice to be recommended by neighbours 😃

Have a look at recent re slating project we’ve completed in Bearsden working along side NestScotland who where overseeing the job building an extension on the back of the building.

We re slated 3 panals on the main building and the extension using 16x8 Cupa H3 slate.

We also replaced the full roof timber line, barge and tudor boards with black upvc.

A beautiful finish and a pleasure to work on!

🛠 Old tiles stripped back and replaced with Mosborough Red Marley Double Roman
🛠 Old roughcast replaced with Sika white top coat and Carrera roughcast chip
