Most people can't imagine what a trauma clean looks like, and honestly, I hope you never have to.
When we're called into a space that’s seen tragedy, hoarding, or an extreme clean, we aren't just there with chemicals and PPE: though our safety protocols are non-negotiable. We're there for the human side of the job.
The hardest part of this work isn't the technical cleaning. It's walking into a room that’s at its absolute worst and restoring a sense of order when everything has fallen apart. It takes a specific kind of person to do this. You need a stomach of steel, sure, but you need a heart that can handle the weight of the room without letting it crush you.
Discretion isn't just a buzzword for us; it’s a commitment. We don't do drama, and we don't do gossip. We do the work with the respect it deserves, whether it's for a high-profile client or a family at their lowest point.
That’s what being 'Clever' means to me: knowing that sometimes, the most effective tool in the van isn’t a steamer or a chemical solution. It’s empathy. We get in, we do the job properly, and we leave the space ready for whatever comes next.
