If we don't have the bulb instock we can normally order this in for same day or next working day where possible. We offer a roadside recovery service if you break down or simply your car won't start. Even if you accidently top up the wrong fuel in your car, we can recovery you back to our premises where we use specialist equipment to remove the contaminated fuel and then get you back on the road as quickly as possible. Our fully stocked forecourt shop is full of little bits and pieces. Will great prices and special offers. Try us first before going to the big places as you may be surprised. When you're called in from paternity leave to assist at an accident recovery call out this evening. If I'm temporarily back for a night, then we can't resist a picture and a post for our social media now 😜

Boulder removed and vehicle rescued from the ditch and back onto tarmac. A bit of team work.

We discovered at this point that the boulder had taken out some of the Aircon pipes and coolant pipes along with other damage to the underside of the vehicle which meant, it couldn't be driven on the road without doing further damage. The vehicle was loaded onto our speclift and recovered back to the customer house till the insurance is called in the morning.

The team have been extremely busy this past week with the workshop fully booked out and a number of recoveries too. Our team is always on hand to assist when possible so never be scared to give us a call first and if we can assist you, we will.

It's been a long weekend for us. 🏥👶

Yesterday morning, Jeanlouise, Emily and I welcomed a new member to the McGregor family. ❤️

Meet Robyn McGregor, who made her way into the world on 27th July, arriving 3 weeks earlier than expected!

Our little fighter weighed just 4lb 15oz, and she's already stolen our hearts.

Emily is absolutely thrilled to be a big sister. 🥰❤️

Facebook might be a little quieter over the next few weeks while we soak up this special time together as a family and adjust to the sleepless nights all over again! 🤣🙈

We're feeling incredibly grateful and can't wait for this next chapter as a family of four. 💕

I'm sure you'll see Robyn in the garage very soon 🤣🤣 just a wee bit longer than you did with Emily as she visit 26 hours after been born but unfortunately we are still in the hospital with Robyn.

The NHS staff have been amazing with us and we thank them so much for all of their help and support this, from the minute we arrived on Friday night. We even had the midwife that delivered Emily cover the midwife's breaks that delivered Robyn which was lovely to see too. When the staff are so friendly like the way we have been treated you know they enjoy doing their jobs. They have been so attentive to us from the start to finish which is a good experience overall and we can't thank them enough.

Our shop front is pretty much complete! 🎉

Yesterday, our brand-new ramp and step were installed, making access easier for everyone. A lot of thought went into the design to ensure the best possible solution from every angle. We've kept a step on the left for those who prefer it, while the ramp on the right offers a smoother option for anyone who needs a little extra help.

The project was completed in several stages:

🔹 The old steps were removed, and a new concrete plinth was installed a few weeks ago.

🔹 The ramp was then carefully measured and designed to make the best use of the space available.

🔹 Next came the manufacturing, with the ramp being built to a high standard to ensure it was both practical and long-lasting.

🔹 Before installation, the ramp was sent away to be galvanised, giving it a durable, maintenance free finish. This means there's no need for yearly painting, it's rust-resistant, and it will continue looking great for years to come.

The entire project was completed by Miller Group Construction Service's Ltd, with Gareth personally overseeing the planning, design, manufacture, and installation from start to finish.

A huge thank you to the team for doing such a fantastic job, we're absolutely delighted with the finished result!

Even though sales are down due to the ongoing roadworks, we're still committed to keeping our site looking its best for our customers.

You may have noticed that we've been carrying out some improvements at the front of the shop over the past few weeks.

Last week, two fantastic local tilers completed our new front entrance, and they've done an amazing job. The new tiling not only gives the shop a much fresher, smarter look, but it also makes it much easier for us to keep the entrance clean and tidy for everyone who visits.

Tomorrow, our temporary ramp will be removed and our brand-new steps and access ramp will be installed. Unfortunately, this means we'll need to close for a short period while the work is carried out. However, the installers will do everything they can to keep us open as much as possible so we can continue serving our community.

We'd like to thank all of our customers for your patience and understanding over the past few weeks. We know the temporary ramp hasn't been ideal for everyone, but it allowed us to maintain access while these improvements were taking place.

We're looking forward to welcoming you to our newly improved entrance very soon!

Unfortunately we bring you some bad news about the new facility that was arriving today 😞

We were bringing you another locker to allow you to post and receive parcels through InPost UK however when they arrived to install it unfortunately we had been giving all the wrong information by the guy that completed the site survey originally and the installation wasn't going to be as first planned meaning with the installing guidelines for inpost, we were going to loose a further carpark space which most of you will know, we are tight for spaces as it is.

It was all planned out to work alongside the Amazon and Royal Mail lockers but it just wouldn't work with inpost regulations for installing and they wouldn't change it to suit so we had to refuse the locker unfortunately.

We will go back to the drawing board and see if we can come up with another idea for this space that would benefit the community of Lennoxtown. We did have some great ideas if we had space for them but unfortunately the council wouldn't sell us some ground that we were looking at so these plans are no longer either.

Everything we try and do is to improve the facilities on our site for the befinit of our community where we can.

The engineers have just arrived on site as they got called out to another job first thing this morning.

We will be closing shortly but will keep the closure to a minimum where possible. We should be back open fully early in the afternoon at the latest. We will update you all when this happens.

Some bad news after the good news this morning.

We will be temporarily closed tomorrow around 9/9:30am until around lunchtime for maintenance work on our forecourt and our electric testing.

This will affect our forecourt, our shop and our outdoor facilities. Our workshop will remain open for those who are booked in for repairs.

We will update you once we are back open again.
