Payment Notice !!
I’m grateful for every single customer who trusts me + my girls to look after your homes. We genuinely love what we do!
To keep things running smoothly for everyone, I just need to clarify payment terms going forward:
Payment is due ON the day your clean is carried out unless other wise arranged with myself At the VERY latest all payments must be received by 3pm each Friday.
Last week, 4 out of 5 payments were late. As a small local business, this has a huge knock-on effect - it meant I couldn’t pay my girls on time. My girls have families and bills too, and they’ve earned their wages notvto mention i myself have work all week without a wage at all.
Not paying puts pressure on me to have awkward chats/messages when i shoud not have too.
We have a waiting list of people waiting for cleans so if you do not intend to pay your clean these slots can be made available to other people.
