Happy Wednesday evening storm survivors, hope everyone stayed safe and didn’t end up being a victim of the wind and end up in Norway or some far off magical land 🙄

Anyway I digress, point of this post is we are fully booked for November in regards to gutter cleaning and pressure washing.

It has been mental the last few weeks work wise and admin wise but yeah we are full.

There are some spaces in December but of course these are weather dependent, I will open our scheduling back up towards the end of November for the festive period 🎅🏼

Feels like the 47th of October with the work we have ploughed through this month, I was feeling a bit rough so took a picture to check how I looked, think all is good 🙌

Happy weekend people 🙌

Looks like we all might die this weekend due to the weather going by facebook posts but just incase, it was nice knowing you all 🫡

If you all survive the wind I have a few spaces in Nov left for our yearly gutter customers, I have yet to confirm however these will probably get taken so for any new customers our next space for gutters or pressure washing is 9th Dec.

I would book everyone in that wants us to work on their properties but I ain’t no octopus 🐙

Window cleaning future customers depending on area I can add to our schedule until mid November then no new customers will be added as our regular clients have priority over the festive period.

Other than that enjoy life 🙂

Happy weekend people of Earth 🌎

This week has been nonstop with our normal window schedules, commercial work, gutter cleaning and pressure washing.

I am having a break this weekend from the usual laptop chores, invoicing and other admin fun so if you message looking to be booked in I will deal with your request on Monday unless I win the lottery on Saturday, otherwise I am going into hibernation till Monday morning.

It’s Friday people 🙌

It’s even better as schools are off for ages so you can all have some quality, peaceful family times 🫣

Anyway, my reason for being on today is this, AI 🤖
AI is my 2nd most hated thing ever, I do not want to be enrolled into fighting Skynet one day so for me it is a no thanks, pull the plug just now 🚫

The other day I was approached by a business asking if I used AI and if not they could take pics from my Facebook, generate them into AI pics which customers would not know the difference and the outcome would be so much new business, follows on social media, new contracts etc, all for £450 per month 😍

£450 per month to promote my business AI style showing customers and potential new customers what we do 🙄

Bo****ks to that, so me being me contacted my head of communications, my social media manager and my art director and we put together an image of the RDM business without using AI weird images!

I promise, the picture below is not AI, you can zoom in and see the detail 😍

Don’t be fooled humans, keep being suspicious of shiny images!!

Happy weekend RDM super fans🏆

This weekend will be full on at RDM HQ with invoicing, part orders, schedules and new customer bookings 🤩

Reality 🙄
Ate the rest of last nights kebab.
Put a washing on.
Done some housework.
Watched TikTok.
Dealt with the demands of 🐶🐶🐶
Thought about cutting the grass (thought only).
Opened laptop (didn’t switch it on).
Closed laptop.
Opened laptop (still not switched on).
Thoughts of going for an afternoon power nap due to all the work being done.
Done this post.

As you can see, RDM is continuing to conquer the world of exterior cleaning by not getting distracted from anything other than conquering the world 🙄

Evening life forms (excluding AI cause that freaks me out and I don’t really want to hang around with robots) 👋 🤖

We have a handful of spaces left in October for gutter cleaning so if this is something you are needing then we are looking at end of month/start of November.

As per usual yearly customers will have first refusal before any new customers.

I will be working on the laptop all weekend (I know 🙄) sorting schedules etc so if you are thinking your windows are a bit late then yeah you are right, we have had annual leave, sickness and van issues to deal with in September so slightly behind.

Also, my youngest dogo Millie is 5 today and has asked to be on facebook so doing as the birthday girl wishes 🐶

Hello beings of the planet Earth, more specifically, Jackton inhabitants 👋

We have been cleaning windows in Jackton for about a decade now but as more and more houses are being built and lots of customers are moving from East Ren to this area we are always asked if we do here!

We do, but like many new estates that get built, even in East Ren, we don’t get involved because everyone tries to establish themselves and personally I can’t be bothered competing for the “new area”.

It has got to the stage that previous customers have asked and I said no, they got someone but they have disappeared or whatever and have again asked, soooooo, I have decided from October to venture into the new estates.

Feel free to text, email, send a smoke signal or whatever your messaging preference is, we are now going to cover the new estates of Jackton 🏆

Actual work related post today and not something silly, I know, who is this guy being serious and acting like an actual adult 🫣🙄😂

Another year being part of East Renfrewshire’s trading standards scheme, year 6 I believe ⭐

Anyone that doesn’t know what this entails then follow the link, basically we are checked by East Ren council, Police and Trading standards, exciting stuff I know but really it gives people peace of mind we aren’t dodgy and the company working on your house or business are above board!!
I am sure the link will answer any questions better than me boring you on trading standards, thats if you have any, I dunno what yous get up to on your weekends 😂

RDM Greece adventures have came to an end 🇬🇷
Back at it after 4 hours sleep, 06:30 at a nursery in Busby beats the relaxed sun kissed beach any day 🙄

Will sort all emails and bookings over the weekend, glad to be home to spread the joy and enthusiastic attitude with you all 😍

RDM Greek adventure day 7 🇬🇷

Last full day today, my time was spent going from the sun to the shade, back to the sun, digging a hole on the beach then deciding to abandon that project, back to the shade 🥵

Pity as it was a great dig, passed dinosaur bones and was close to Australia, no word of a lie 😐

After the dig of the century we went out for dinner to our fav wee restaurant, that’s it really 😐
