About Us
We are a Fire and Flood Restoration company working on behalf of major home insurers across the UK. We support customers who have experienced damage in their homes, helping them restore their property to its pre-incident condition.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a motivated Support Assistant to join our friendly and dedicated team.

The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in the Insurance claims Industry. As a Claims Handling Assistant, you will work closely with our claims team to manage, support, and progress insurance claims. There are genuine opportunities to advance into senior positions within the company. Pay is dependant on AGE & experience.

Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the claims handling team

Handle inbound and outbound telephone calls with customers, insurers, and contractors

Maintain accurate and up-to-date claim records and documentation

Assist with scheduling, coordination, and any ad hoc day-to-day tasks

Support senior claims handlers as required.

What We’re Looking For
Experience working in an office environment.
Strong keyboard and PC skills.
Confidence working with numbers.
A pleasant, professional, and confident telephone manner.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
Good planning and organisational skills.
A willingness to learn, develop, and progress.
College attendance or a demonstrable aptitude for learning is desirable.

Hours of Work

08:30–17:00, Monday to Friday
Includes a 45-minute lunch break
Additional 15-minute morning and afternoon tea breaks
Induction period (first 4 weeks): 09:30–16:30
Company Benefit: Fortnightly 3pm finish on Fridays once induction is completed

12 Week Training Programme.
(2 days Hybrid , 3 days in the office will be offered after full Training is completed) .
