BMW one series with 176,000 miles on the clock, with still loads of life left in it. The customer went to the garage that doesn’t specialise in DPF, they can only find a fault regarding exhaust filter.  after inspecting the vehicle, I’m online dater. The Dpf was coming to end of life and found an issue with the DPF pressure sensor faulty. Restored the life in the DPF filter and supply genuine BMW pressure sensor.

BMW diesel particulate filter blocked with high soot content to a point where I had to pressurise low blast of air before applying the chemical through the filter.

Clean and clear the filter within 1 hour out side the bmw specialist, this gave them the time to put it back on the car ready for the customer to retrieve his car back in no time

Diagnosed Mercedes,
The scan tool was showing an issues with 400% of soot on live data. 
The customer previously went to a garage to get the boost leak fixed. The Garage could not unblock the DPF as it was too full.

Detected the boost pipe was connected properly after repair during a test drive.

Carried out a Flush through the DPF to reduce the soot accumulation, This cleaned and cleared the soot accumulation down to 0 %.

Customers was very happy to have his car back. If he went elsewhere this could’ve probably cost him a new DPF / also a lot of garage like to swap the DPF with pattern part what are NO GOOD FOR YOUR VEHICLE AS THEY CLOG TOO QUICK due to less platinum-in the filter
