We have had a man come in today “inquiring” about items and on his way out the door has picked up a GREY KIT BAG full of sports shorts belonging to SELKIRK YOUTH CLUB RUGBY TEAM around about 12 noon today, Friday 24th March.
What he’s hoping to accomplish by this is beyond me. He took off on a pretty new looking bike (probably also stolen).

PLEASE SHARE, spread the word and be on the look out.

As far as we are aware, all the Common Ridings, Civic weeks, Borders Festivals etc are going ahead in 2022. HAPPY DAYS😊

We would like to ask people, if they have any outfits needing cleaned, please bring the items in ASAP.

We are always here to do our best and keep our customers happy but ‘TIME’ is something we can’t control.
We don’t want to hear;
“It’s been in my wardrobe for 2 years- Can I get it back for Friday?”
It just won’t happen. There is currently a 1 WEEK turnaround, by May and into summertime as we get busier it is likely to be up to 3 WEEKS.

So in short- if you want something to wear on the big weekend, that needs cleaned-
BRING IT IN WELL IN ADVANCE 🙂

Rubber backed / Acrylic lined / “blackout” curtains cannot be dry cleaned despite the label most likely saying they can. The backings stick together like glue, see article below for more information.
