Quick update from us!

As all clients were made aware via email, our water tank outlet broke preventing us from being able to clean bins. Last week, we received a new larger tank and yesterday got the new valve. Due to the timing, it would be irrational to resume cleaning on the same 4-weekly schedule we had planned for December as it would be extremely broken up so all cleans have been postponed to January. All clients were emailed regarding this. This allows us time to re-gather, re-think and strategise for the new year ensuring a smooth and consistent service in the New Year.

Bins will not be cleaned between 24/11/2025 - 12/12/2025 as I am on leave. These dates cover cleaning periods starting and ending between 01/12/2025 - 05/12/2025. After 05/12, schedules will resume as normal.

YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED FOR CLEANS SCHEDULED DURING THIS PERIOD, YOUR PAYMENT HAS BEEN PAUSED BETWEEN THESE DATES!

We will check and keep an eye out for any mishaps with our admin. If you're charged during these dates, please bring it to our attention as soon as possible by emailing [email protected] or send us a DM.
