MJH Noble Cleaning services We are a family run business, that offer a variety of services to fit your every need. No job is too There will always be two cleaners on each job.

Average cleans from one hour slots and this is charged at £15 an hour per cleaner. This is just a surface clean

Deep cleans are the next step up from an
average clean and this will entail all skirtings, windows, door frames etc this is charged at £17.50 an hour per cleaner and there will always be two cleaners on each job

After tenancy cleans are for property’s which are empty, for us to clean walls, skirtings, door frames, doors, windows and frames etc and this is £20.00 an hour per cleaner

We have availability next week!!
We have Mondays available
Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons!!
These are for deep cleans, average AND oven cleans!!
Christmas is fast approaching and these slots will fill FAST
They don’t have to be regular slots, we also do one off cleans 🙂🙂🙂

Due to the sad death of HRH Queen Elizabeth II and in line with the period of national mourning we will not be working on:

Monday 19th September

We will, however, carry on working during the mourning period.

If you have a clean on the 19th we will do our best to find a slot for you on the Tuesday or Wednesday.

EXTREME HEAT WEATHER WARNING ⚠️

As you can probably tell its rather hot at the moment.
We are aware of a weather warning for next week with regards to the heat.
We are happy to clean, however, we get overly hot and sweaty while cleaning.
We have had to, over this last week stop for short breaks while cleaning properties.
If you see us sitting for a short while and having a drink please bare with us, we will try not to let it impact your clean to much.
Please however be aware that we won't be taking on any extras during cleans next week, if you would like additional deep cleans doing, please could you kindly ask when the heat has subsided.

Additional drinks and snacks are very welcome during the coming week 🤣❤️

HOLIDAYS:

If you are lucky enough to have booked a family holiday, then please can you let us know what dates you will be away as soon as you can.
This helps us manage the diary along with other people's cleans.
Unfortunately people aren't letting us know and yet again slots are going empty when they could be filled for other people.
Charges will be imposed which will again be the price of your clean.

Apologies for moaning again, but reoccurrence of these situations sadly costs us money 😔

Good evening just a few posts on current situations that have occurred over the last few weeks......

KEYS:
If we are key holders for your property please make sure we have the relevant keys to gain access to your home. If additional keys are needed could you provide us with said key.
If you keep your keys in a safe place and wish to move your safe place for security reasons, please could you inform us before we arrive at your property to gain access.
If we don't have keys for your property and would like us to carry them, then please give us a full set for us to gain access.

Unfortunately we cannot wait at jobs for key holders to arrive, we are currently fully booked and simply do not have time to do so. If we can get back to you at the end of the day we will do our best, however this may reduce your clean time.

Failure to gain any access to properties will unfortunately carry a cancellation fee, which will be the full price of your clean.

We hate to grumble and we hope you all understand the situation.
