Job Title: Laundry and Housekeeper 25 hours plus - Immediate Start
Location: Filey: North Yorkshire
Must Have Full UK Driving Licence & Over 21 for Insurance / Use of Company Van's

Sparkle and Shine (Filey) are the Yorkshire Coasts premium cleaning provider, we manage hundreds of self-catering apartments and Lodges and are the areas main contractor for all the major letting agents.
We run a successful Laundrette processing linen and clothing to a high standard, organisation is key.
We are looking for people to join our housekeeping team.
You’re Role:
• Main days / Hours Monday - Saturday plus Bank Holidays 25 Plus Hours.
• You will must be able to work as part of a team and Individually where necessary, and able to complete the following to a high standard;
• To provide an excellent service for our guests and clients.
• To clean all areas of accommodation as instructed to a very high standard
• To report any faults and defects .
• To sort dirty laundry ready to process at our launderette.
• Make Beds to a high standard.
• To keep all necessary checklists and reports up to date.
• To ensure the safe return of all keys at the end of the shift.
• To ensure all apartments are left ready to let and secure once checkout has been completed.
• To ensure all relevant health and safety procedures are followed and any issues immediately raised with your supervisor and/or manager.
• Completing any necessary end of day/handover reports as required.
• Use of own smart phone for electronic Job cards / Company App.
• Any other duties as requested.
Profile:
• The right candidate for this role must have the following attributes,
• Experienced in cleaning in the leisure/hospitality industry.
• Have a passion for cleanliness.
• Be well organized and patient and calm when under pressure.
• Be highly motivated and committed to the success of Sparkle and Shine.
• COSHH training preferred but can be given.
• Full UK Driving Licence needed over 21 years old (Insurance Stipulation)
Hours of work
Monday - Saturday, Bank Holidays - On a Variable Rota Basis Additional Hours maybe available - flexibility is very important as our operating hours are 7 days a week and you will need to be available throughout the week and also for weekend and bank holiday shifts.
Uniform & Personal protective equipment provided.
Use of Company vehicles.
