Good evening all,I hope everyone is having a good weekend?

There’s a range of pictures of the estate and birds over the last few years, and over the next flew post I’ll try to post some more of the rest of the team 😀.

Ok, as promised to fill you all in on what’s been happening, so.....it’s begins with a mix bag in away, a little bittersweet but good as well 🤔🤔.

Over a year ago New World Falconry was approached concerning a long term raptor project overseas, and although I can’t fully go into details just yet, the opportunity really is amazing and over the last year both Nikki and I been weighing up the option while hammering out the details.....

Needless to say, the sad part (in a way 🙃) is that we have decided to change direction slightly and plunge beak and talons into our new project 🤪. Now before anyone asks, the team are all heading out with us, in fact the vast majority of them are already in our new Dubai facility, while the remaining ones are waiting quarantine and paperwork.

Nikki has already headed over and is slowly getting things ready there and I shall be joining her once the finale preparations here are finished. I have to say that’s it’s been an amazing four years on the estate, we have had some TRUELY SPECTACULAR flying over the seasons and have had some really wonderful and delightful folk come and spend time with us and the birds.

As I said at the start, I shall be posting some more photos soon, but until then, I hope everyone that has like, followed and come on a wander in the wilds with us have enjoyed the adventures and antics of our amazing team of hawks and both Nikki and I feel very privileged to have shared the lives of our hawks with you all.

Good evening all, I hope everyone has been having a fab weekend?

I know I’ve been a little awol at the moment, but they is a million and one things happening at the mo and it’s simply manic 🤪😜.

The whole team have been flat out all summer, whether it’s hawk walks or pest control, here’s a few pictures of London and his daughter out and about on the estate. One of the many things I love about this particular duo is the very contrasting characters between them. London is the oldest member of the flying team and at 20 years old he really is a super lad, and due to his age he always thinks he should be in charge, but sadly (at least from his point of view 🤣) he is only a dominant and not an alpha.

This can be quite problematic upon occasions but as a dominant he’s really fabulous at putting our younger hawks or our rescue ones back in their place when they need it. Being pack hunters there is a hierarchy and should anyone step out of line......well a hiding is definitely coming your way!! Especially when London is in the group 😀, I know it sounds rough but that is part of the dominants job, it also helps to maintain order within the pack.

Adelaide on the other hand is a super confident alpha and as such none of the hawks (and I mean none of them mess with this lady!!) She is the biggest of our harris hawks and as such none of the others are every game to mess about when she’s working and flying with them, although she is even tempered and a truly amazing hawk she does not suffer fools and if she does have to step in there really is hell to pay 😱😳.

Now, between the two of them they help guide, teach and reprimand where necessary within the different groups and really bring the various packs into line. Think of these two as our top trouble shooters and you can’t go far wrong 🥴😛.

Now for this one you will need to turn your sound up fairly loud.....no nasty surprises I promise 😂🤪. This is Echo, my Chanting goshawk’s breeding call. He only does this between March/April to early October (his breeding season), it’s the highlight of my year when he starts singing again. If your wondering who he sings too, then wonder no more......yup you guessed it, he calls to little ole me ❤️💕.

Evening all 😀,

Hope everyone is enjoying the summer? The birds have been absolutely brilliant, all the team have been working beautifully.

Here’s a few shots of London and Adelaide out about and I have to say I love being able to share these two with folk. As many of you know both Nikki and I tend to move our birds between hawk walks and our pest control contacts, that way each of the birds get to work and fly in a variety of environments and areas; all of which helps to develop our birds both mentally and physically.

Adelaide and London really are a wonderful team, as dad and daughter each of them brings something different to our various packs. So I hope you like the pics and hope you all have a great evening and weekend 😛.

Good evening all, hope everyone is having a nice week? Here’s a few shots of London out and about on the estate, we’re all taking advantage of the lovely weather 😀.

I love this little hawk, he’s such a bossy little dobby but he’s an amazing flyer and such a hit with all the folks. Seeing him flash through the woodlands at speed, twisting and turning through the dense foliage never ceases to amaze me, his agility is honestly breathtaking 😀.

Once out in the open he used the wind like the pro he is and spent a good 30 odd minutes soaring and circling effortlessly above me. I love being able to show folks the versatility and adaptive nature of these incredible raptors and it’s definitely a great way to spend the day 🤪😜.

Hello all, how’s everyone’s weekend going?

Here’s some shots of Adelaide out on the estate today, she’s been doing quite a bit of pest control since January, but she is back full time on hawk walk duty 😀.

Out of all our hawks she is certainly a classy lady and a total powerhouse of a bird, I’m so looking forward to getting her out and about with folk 😀.

Good evening all 😀,

You have to love murph’s lore.....a few weeks before the nice weather came wandering along, my little brother Glenn Bowley was on a visit back to the UK from his home base in Dubai.

As you can see by his get up I thinks he was feeling the cold!! 😂🤣. Although he has his own team of birds back home in Dubai he did enjoy spending some time with our birds out about in the green wood and grasslands on the estate, makes a nice change from flying birds in the land of sand 😜🤪.

Hope you all enjoy the photos, our little London was on top form and we spent a good three hours out and about on the estate having a good long mooch about.
