Complete Homecare End of tenancy cleans, deep cleans and one off cleans. cloths and products provided. I have a number of clients who I have been with for many years.

I have been cleaning for 30 years plus including housekeeping in nursing home. I have broadened my cleaning portfolio and for the last year I have been doing end of tenancy cleans and end of build cleans as well as my normal home cleans. I can range from oven cleaning, carpet cleaning (with 2 machines using scotchgard shampoo) to full home/business cleans. Since taking on the extra duties I have b

een told my prices are at a very competitive rate, so this has lead to me working on a regular basis for a local estate agent. I also have excellent references and can give details on request. For details on prices/quotes please pm me.

My own oven glass got splattered with fat as I did Yorkshire puddings for my roast dinner yesterday.
I used a Norwex Baclok Enviro cloth just slightly damp with ONLY water and look!
No grease, No smears .....

End of Tenancy cleans checklist...
Clean Oven,hob and extractor and change grease filter if applicable.
Clean all white goods.
Clean cupboards in and out.
Deep clean rest of kitchen.
Wash hard floors with appropriate cleaning solution ie bathrooms weak bleach solution and wood floors and laminate use Soapy cleaner for wood.
Sugar soap all paintwork to remove grease and grime.
Wash all upvc with weak bleach solution to remove and mould .
Wash windows inside and out within reach.
Remove all limescale and water marks from Bathroom fittings, remove limescale from toilets too.
Clean and bleach all shower drains and plug holes.
Steam curtains.
Spot treat any stains on carpets then shampoo with a hot water extraction cleaner.
Use a household flea spray throughout if pets lived here. Indorex.
Remove cobwebs.
Clean light fittings.
Clean any air vents throughout.
Wipe down exterior ledges ,doors and frames within reach.
Clean food bin.
Sweep out garage if applicable.
Replace dead bulbs ( extra cost)
All work fully guaranteed.
Once Agent/ Landlord does checks if anything missed by my team we return to make good at no extra cost.
