When another house clearance company let this customer down at short notice, the Heyclear team stepped in to save the day! 💛

Lucy made sure everything was organised and kept the customer informed, while Brian and James went above and beyond on the day, treating every item with care and respect.

Hey Clear is a growing clearance and waste management business looking for a reliable Driver / Waste Operative to join our team.

This is a hands-on role for someone who:

✔ doesn’t mind hard work
✔ takes pride in doing a proper job
✔ is reliable and wants to be part of a good team
✔ is comfortable working outdoors and getting stuck in

The role includes:
•⁠ ⁠Waste collections and clearances
•⁠ ⁠Driving company vehicles up to 3.5t
•⁠ ⁠Manual handling and physical work
•⁠ ⁠Site clearances, cleaning, and general operational support
•⁠ ⁠Overtime opportunities

Full training provided.

📍 PO17 5AW
🕘 Monday–Friday | 0800–1700
💰 Starting pay £13.50 per hour, increasing to £14.00 per hour after successfully completing a probation period, overtime paid at time and a half.

A full UK driving licence is required, and applicants must be insurable under the company’s motor insurance policy.
