I would like to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude to all of you. Your support means a great deal to me, and I genuinely enjoy cleaning your homes.

As we enter the six-week holiday period, I would like to remind everyone that I have two children and I am solely responsible for their care. I will be arranging childcare during this time, and I appreciate your understanding as I navigate this balance.

I recognize that many of you still desire your homes to be cleaned, and I am committed to maintaining my services as best as I can. One of the advantages of working with me is that you receive consistent service from me, rather than different cleaners each week, ensuring familiarity and trust.

Please feel free to reach out to me via text or phone call at any time. I understand that plans can change, and I do not charge for cancellations. I will do my utmost to accommodate any schedule adjustments you may need.

I would like to kindly remind everyone that I work very hard, often throughout school hours, to ensure quality service. I provide all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment, and the costs associated with these, as well as travel expenses, are significant. Therefore, I would greatly appreciate it if invoices could be settled by the following day. Timely payments are crucial for me to maintain the quality service and supplies you expect.

Many of my customers appreciate that I am not a large cleaning business, allowing for flexible arrangements and a trusting relationship. I am dedicated to keeping everyone satisfied while also balancing my responsibilities at home.
